2. Purpose

 


These general terms and conditions of sale govern the booking of activities, tastings and experiences offered on the Gustanissa website, operated by Beer&Dash.


Beer&Dash markets activities carried out by independent partner providers selected for their local expertise.

 

 

 

3. Role of Beer&Dash

 


Beer&Dash acts as an organizer and reseller of tourist services offered by partner providers.


The activities are carried out by independent partners, under their own operational responsibility.


Beer&Dash collects payments and handles the administrative management of reservations.

 

 

 

4. Reservation

 


Any order placed on the site implies full and complete acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.


The reservation is confirmed only after receipt of full payment.


A confirmation email is sent to the customer.

 

 

 

5. Prices

 


Prices are shown in euros including VAT.


Beer&Dash reserves the right to change its prices at any time.

Reservations already confirmed are not impacted by a subsequent price change.

 

 

 

6. Payment

 


Payment is made online via the site's secure platform.


Accepted payment methods are bank cards, Apple Pay and any other method displayed at the time of booking.


The reservation is only confirmed after payment confirmation.

 

 

 

7. Cancellation and modification

 


Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the activity.


No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the activity or for no-shows.


In the event of force majeure (adverse weather conditions, safety, unavailability of the service provider, minimum number of participants not reached…), Beer&Dash reserves the right to cancel or postpone the activity.


In this case, a refund or a postponement will be offered.

 

 

 

8. Liability

 


The activities are carried out by independent partner providers, who are responsible for their execution, safety and mandatory insurance.


Beer&Dash cannot be held responsible:

 

  • bodily injuries sustained during the activity

  • loss or theft of personal belongings

  • of the participants' behavior

  • due to a failure by the service provider in the material execution of the service

 


Beer&Dash's liability is limited to the amount of the reservation made.

 

 

 

9. Participant Behavior

 


Participants agree to adopt respectful behavior in accordance with safety rules.


Any dangerous, inappropriate behavior or behavior contrary to the provider's instructions may result in exclusion from the activity without refund.

 

 

 

10. Photos and visuals

 


The images shown on the site are provided for illustrative purposes only.


Some images may represent the general atmosphere of the experiences offered and are not contractual.

 

 

 

11. Personal data

 


The data collected is used exclusively for processing reservations and managing customer relations.


They are not transferred to third parties other than the service providers involved in the reserved activity.

 

 

 

12. Applicable Law

 


These terms and conditions are governed by French law.


In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought as a priority.


Failing that, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction of Beer&Dash's registered office.
