Refund policy

Given the nature of the services offered, no returns are possible.

In case of cancellation by the client:

 

• Refund integral if the cancellation occurs at least 24 hours in advance the start of the activity.

• No refunds after this period or in case of absence.

 

In the event of cancellation on our part (weather conditions, safety, force majeure), a postponement or a full refund will be offered.
